Order Processing & Shipping

We know that reliable turnaround is important to our retail partners, and we work to get orders on their way as quickly as possible.

Most wholesale orders ship within 1–3 business days. Larger orders, high-quantity orders, or items requiring additional production time may take up to 5–10 business days to ship.

During particularly busy periods or for unusually large orders, additional processing time may occasionally be required. If we anticipate a significant delay with your order, we will contact you.

Please note: Processing times refer to the time required to prepare your order for shipment and do not include carrier transit time.

Shipping Costs & Tracking

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size and destination of your order.

As soon as your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number so you can follow your shipment in transit.

Wholesale Returns

Because our products are sold at wholesale pricing and many orders are produced or prepared specifically for our retail partners, all wholesale sales are final.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted in cases of damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrectly fulfilled merchandise. See below.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Of course, if we make a mistake, we will make it right.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, noticeably misaligned, the wrong design, or a different size than what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photographs of the affected item(s) so we can quickly review the issue.

Once confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, credit, or refund for the affected merchandise, as well as a prepaid return shipping label if the merchandise needs to be returned.

Please do not return merchandise without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because wholesale orders may require us to purchase inventory, materials, or begin production specifically for your order, orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.
