How do I open a wholesale account?

Simply complete our Wholesale Account Application. We review each application to ensure our wholesale program is reserved for qualified retailers. Once approved, you'll be able to log in and access wholesale pricing.

Who is eligible for a wholesale account?

Our wholesale program is available to qualified brick-and-mortar stores, online retailers, festival and event vendors, and other businesses purchasing merchandise for resale.

How do I see wholesale prices?

Wholesale pricing is available to approved retailers. Once your account has been approved, simply log in to your account to view wholesale prices and place orders.

Is there a minimum order?

We want to make it easy for retailers of all sizes to carry our products. There is currently no minimum dollar amount required to place a wholesale order. Individual products may have minimum quantity or pack requirements where indicated.

Can I mix sizes when ordering T-shirts?

Yes! When available, you can mix sizes within a T-shirt design to build the assortment that works best for your customers. Available sizes and any applicable quantity requirements are shown on each product page.

Do you offer extended T-shirt sizes?

Yes. Many of our T-shirts are available in sizes up to 5XL. Some (such as certain women's shirts) are limited up to 2XL. Because blank garment costs increase significantly in extended sizes, wholesale prices may be higher for larger sizes. Pricing for each available size is clearly displayed on the product page.

How quickly will my order ship?

Most wholesale orders ship within 1–3 business days. Larger orders, high-quantity orders, or items requiring additional production time may take up to 5–10 business days to ship.

Processing time does not include carrier transit time.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number so you can follow your shipment in transit.

Can I sell your products in my store, online, or at festivals and events?

Yes. Approved retailers may resell our products through their retail stores, online shops, and at festivals, fairs, markets, and other events.

What is your return policy for wholesale orders?

Because our products are sold at wholesale pricing and many orders are produced or prepared specifically for our retail partners, all wholesale sales are final.

If merchandise arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or we accidentally send the wrong design or size, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll review the issue and make it right.

Can I cancel or change an order after it has been placed?

Because wholesale orders may require us to purchase inventory, materials, or begin production specifically for your order, orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.

If you notice an error in your order, please contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to correct it if production or fulfillment has not yet begun, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
